Job summary

Freedom Leisure is hiring Lifeguards at 37 hours per week across rotating shifts. You will be responsible for guarding, supervising the pool area, and delivering excellent customer service to a diverse community.

Training in the NPLQ lifeguard qualification is fully funded, and enhanced DBS checks are required. We value team players who relate well to people of all ages and abilities.

Qualifications

• NPLQ lifeguard qualification or equivalent, training can be provided.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industry.

Responsibilities

• Guard and supervise pool area to ensure safety of all users.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and enforce pool rules.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist with enquiries.
