Job summary

Freedom Leisure in England is looking for a Lifeguard to help us deliver friendly, clean and safe facilities for our customers. The role is 16 hours per week on a rota basis, across Monday to Sunday, with training provided to achieve the NPLQ qualification. You’ll need to relate well to customers of all ages and abilities and be supportive of colleagues.

• NPLQ qualification (training can be provided).
• Ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities and to staff at all levels.
• Well developed interpersonal skills.
• Team orientated approach, able to work across organisation boundaries and be supportive of staff and colleagues.
• Able to work flexibly and follow manager instructions.
• Demonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industry.
• Enhanced DBS check to be carried out.

• Assist with poolside safety and supervision and respond to emergencies as required.
