Job summary

Freedom Leisure is seeking Lifeguards to provide safe supervision and excellent customer service across its centres. Training in the NPLQ lifeguarding qualification will be funded, enabling you to excel and grow within the team.

The role offers casual hours as needed, with support for development and potential long-term opportunities. You’ll meet people from all walks of life and contribute to a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• NPLQ qualification or equivalent.
• First Aid at Work (desirable) and Enhanced DBS check.
• Ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities and to all staff levels.
• Well developed interpersonal skills.
• Team orientated approach and flexible to work across organisation boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Hours: Casual hours, as and when required.
• Regular cleaning, maintenance and preparation of areas and equipment as appropriate.
