Job summary

Freedom Leisure is staffing Lifeguards for casual hours across our leisure centres in England. You’ll supervise pools, ensure safety, and deliver excellent customer experiences while building teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• NPLQ qualification or equivalent.
• First Aid at Work (desirable).
• Enhanced DBS check.
• Ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities.
• Well developed interpersonal skills.
• Team oriented; able to work across boundaries.
• Flexible and able to follow managers' instructions.
• Passion and energy for the leisure industry.
• Regular cleaning, maintenance and preparation of areas and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Casual hours, as and when required.
• Provide lifeguard duties and ensure pool safety.
• Maintain pool area cleanliness and safety.
• Assist staff and engage with customers across shifts.
