Job summary

Freedom Leisure is seeking Lifeguards to ensure friendly, safe, and clean leisure facilities while delivering excellent customer service. Training and ongoing support will be provided, making it suitable even if you’re not yet an expert. Casual hours across multiple sites offer flexibility.

With NPLQ or equivalent and a compulsory swim test, you’ll join a supportive team and help create welcoming spaces for people of all ages at over 130 centres across England and Wales.

Qualifications

• NPLQ qualification or equivalent.
• Competent swimmer (swim test will be part of interview).
• Enhanced DBS check to be carried out.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team-oriented with ability to work across organisational boundaries.
• Flexible and able to follow instructions from managers.
• Demonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the best levels of service for customers.
• Maintain a friendly, clean and safe facility.
• Support a welcoming and inclusive environment for all ages.
