Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Lifeguard for Paddington FWC to ensure member safety across the pool, spa, sauna and steam room. You will provide excellent customer care, maintain a clean, safe environment and support team members in a busy health club setting.

The role requires an NPLQ or equivalent, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn. This is a permanent part-time position with a pro rata salary and a range of member benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
• Proven enthusiasm, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Passionate about customer care and teamwork.
• Able to provide training records.

Responsibilities

• Help our members stay safe and healthy when using the wet side facilities – the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room
• Be attentive and alert at all times
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times
