Job summary

Nuffield Health Edinburgh Fountain FWC is seeking a Part-time Lifeguard to help keep our members safe and engaged at the pool, spa, sauna and steam room. This bank role means flexible hours on an ad-hoc basis with £13.10 hourly pay.

You will hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and maintain training records. A positive, customer-focused attitude and teamwork are essential as you support a safe, welcoming environment for all.

Qualifications

• Must hold National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
• Demonstrates enthusiastic, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong customer care and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Help members stay safe and healthy using pool, spa, sauna and steam room.
• Be attentive and alert at all times.
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.
• Welcome and support members when using facilities.
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to incidents immediately.
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times.
