Job summary

Nuffield Health in Wales is seeking a dedicated lifeguard to supervise our wet side facilities, including pool, spa, sauna and steam room. You’ll ensure safety, maintain a friendly, professional environment and welcome members as they use the facilities.

The successful candidate will hold an NPLQ or equivalent, stay attentive at all times and embrace our focus on member care and teamwork. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
• Provide ongoing training records.
• Be attentive and alert at all times.
• Passion for great customer care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool, spa, sauna and steam room for safety.

• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times

  As a Lifeguard at our gym, you'll hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and you're able to provide ongoing training records.
