Job summary

Nuffield Health Cambridge is seeking a Lifeguard to monitor pool facilities, ensure safety and provide excellent customer care. The role is permanent, part‑time (15 hours per week) and pay is £27,248 pro rata per annum.

You will hold an NPLQ or equivalent and be ready to maintain training records. Join a supportive team and contribute to a safe, welcoming gym environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong customer care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities - the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room
• Be attentive and alert at all times
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times
