Job summary

NOV is seeking a proactive spare parts sales support professional in Aberdeen to provide accurate quotations and follow up opportunities to maximise spare parts sales. You will process orders, collaborate with procurement and project teams to meet delivery deadlines and maintain clear communication with customers about enquiries and delays.

You will also keep ERP and CRM records up to date, track order status, and assist with invoicing and collections in collaboration with the finance team.

• Improve spare parts procedures to reduce delays, minimise errors and strengthen departmental efficiency.
