Job summary

Future in Bath is seeking a Retention Marketing professional to manage subscriber retention roadmaps for our digital and print brands. You will oversee multi-channel journeys, automated renewal sequences and win-back campaigns to reduce churn and boost lifetime value.

You will test and optimize email series using CRM/CDP platforms, analyze retention metrics, and translate data into strategic recommendations for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in retention or CRM marketing within subscription, digital publishing or membership sectors.
• Practical experience using CRM software, email automation platforms and marketing data dashboards.
• Ability to work from Bath office on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage subscriber retention roadmaps across digital and print portfolios.
• Oversee multi‑channel onboarding, renewal and win‑back campaigns to reduce churn.
• Test and optimize automated email series using CRM/CDP platforms.
• Analyze monthly retention metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with CRM, Design, Editorial and Acquisition teams in agile workflows.
