The role involves writing campaign briefs, building onboarding journeys using CRM tools, analyzing performance in Google Sheets and Excel, and refining communications to boost lifetime value. Hybrid role: 2 days in Bath office; salary £26,500.

Qualifications

• Interest in starting or continuing a career in retention, CRM, or digital marketing.
• Experience or qualification in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Experience delivering marketing communications or using digital collaboration tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Capable of working from our Bath office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns to retain and win back print and digital subscribers across 60+ specialist titles.
• Write creative briefs and draft engaging campaign copy.
• Manage automated onboarding journeys using CRM platforms.
• Review subscriber analytics and campaign performance.
• Coordinate artwork and liaise with printers and suppliers.
• Liaise with CRM specialists to optimize campaigns.
