Qualifications

• Retention/CRM marketing experience in subscription or recurring revenue models.
• Proficiency with CRM or CDP platforms, email marketing automation, and customer analytics tools.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate metrics into campaign recommendations.
• Excellent written communication for email and multi-channel journeys.
• Collaborative, cross-functional, agile workflow experience.
• Proactive in testing lifecycle initiatives and pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-channel onboarding, renewal and win-back campaigns to boost engagement and reduce churn.
• Optimize automated customer lifecycle journeys and email workflows across print and digital brands.
• Deliver monthly performance reporting and translate retention analytics into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with CRM, Design, Editorial and Acquisition teams on engaging subscriber campaigns.
• Recommend win-back pricing and promotional offers aligned with revenue goals.
• Manage retention budget allocation to maximise ROI and customer lifetime value.
