Job summary

OneDome in London seeks an experienced Email Automation Manager to own the architecture of customer communications. You will build sophisticated, data-driven journeys to maximise acquisition and retention.

You will manage the full lifecycle from activating new users to nurturing warm leads and reactivating dormant contacts. The role requires strong collaboration with Marketing, Product and Sales to ensure data-driven personalisation at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Email Marketing, CRM, or Marketing Automation.
• Proficient with a leading Customer Engagement Platform.
• Strong HTML/CSS skills for emails, API integrations, and data architecture.
• Proven track record improving conversion and reactivation rates.
• Experience with cross-channel journeys and GDPR data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage automated email workflows.
• Develop high-converting nurture streams for key verticals.
• Own end-to-end customer journey and reduce drop-off with automation.
• Create onboarding sequences turning signups into applicants.
• Build win-back and sunset strategies to re-engage users.
• Analyze churn to trigger personalised offers and re-engagement.
• Ensure integration between CRM, Engagement Platform, and databases for real-time personalisation.
• Maintain overview of touchpoints for multi-touch attribution.
• Iterate journeys via A/B testing to maximise opens, CTRs, and conversions.
• Establish dashboards tracking deliverability, engagement, and revenue from flows.
• Refine attribution models to map cross-channel impact on the bottom line.
