Qualifications
Proven experience in lifecycle CRM within a consumer-facing business.
Ability to shape clear, practical plans from insights.
Confidence in leading initiatives independently.
Experience collaborating with senior cross-functional stakeholders.
Comfort with data to guide decisions and measure impact.
Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Braze.
Experience in Financial Services is advantageous.
Responsibilities
Define and lead lifecycle strategy across Virgin Red and Financial Services.
Optimize key lifecycle moments and behaviour triggers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to turn business priorities into member moments.
Translate strategy into clear briefs for CRM tools.
Champion test-and-learn culture to improve results.
