Waters Biosciences in London is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to drive instrument, reagent, software, and service sales across North and East London. You will engage scientists and procurement teams, deliver product demonstrations, and expand the user base in academia and industry.

The role requires strong cytometry knowledge, a relevant life science degree, and a proven ability to communicate complex science to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience with flow cytometry and related technologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Academic or industry laboratory experience in life sciences is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic territory and account plans to grow instrument, reagent, software and service sales.
• Identify and convert opportunities in academia, biotech, pharmaceutical and CRO environments.
• Engage with Principal Investigators, Core Facility Managers, Laboratory Directors, Scientists, and Procurement specialists.
• Deliver scientific presentations, product demonstrations and workflow consultations.
• Support customers using cytometric analysis, cell sorting, and multiomics platforms.
• Maintain sales pipeline and forecast through CRM tools.
