Job summary

Mettler-Toledo is seeking a Field Sales Specialist to drive growth across the South UK region, including London, Cambridge, and Oxford. You will own a defined territory, grow key accounts, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions for process analytics customers.

You will collaborate with technical, service, and sales teams, manage opportunities in a CRM, and travel as needed to meet quarterly and annual targets. A life sciences/analytical instruments background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Field-based sales experience in pharma, biotech, life sciences, or scientific instrumentation.
• Proven ability to win new business and grow existing accounts.
• Strong territory management and organisational skills.
• Confident communicating with scientists, lab managers, QA/QC teams, and senior stakeholders.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales within designated key accounts and market sectors.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the territory.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels.
• Deliver against quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Create and execute account development plans.
• Work collaboratively with technical, service, and sales colleagues across the business.
• Utilise CRM and digital sales tools to manage opportunities, customer interactions, and sales activities.
