The role requires strong product management, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication, with hybrid working options in London.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Business or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Significant AI/digital transformation experience within pharma or life sciences.
• Experience turning business or scientific needs into AI-enabled products and roadmaps.
• Proven track record advancing initiatives from discovery to adoption and scale.
• Fluent in Generative AI, LLM-enabled apps, RAG, prompting, AI evaluation, and human-in-the-loop.

Aufgaben

• Translate the International Medical Affairs AI strategy into high-impact initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities across Medical Affairs, regions, and countries.
• Define product vision, user journeys, roadmaps, and success measures for AI-enabled solutions.
• Lead rapid experimentation and prototyping of Generative AI use cases to validate value.
• Partner with enterprise AI, Technology, Data, Analytics, Commercial, and Value & Access teams.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions by embedding into Medical workflows.
• Ensure responsible AI, privacy, compliance, and human oversight by design.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and thought leadership in AI innovation.
