Novartis in London seeks an Associate Director, Scientific Intelligence & AI to translate AI ambitions into scalable medical affairs solutions. You will shape AI-enabled products across Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Data teams, driving value with responsible AI and cross-functional leadership.

You will lead projects from discovery through adoption, partnering with Global Medical Affairs and Technology, delivering measurable insights for patients and healthcare stakeholders in a hybrid work

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Business, Tech, Data Science, AI, Engineering or related field.
• Significant experience driving AI and digital transformation in pharma or life sciences.
• Experience translating needs into AI-enabled products, roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Proven track record from discovery to adoption and scale.
• Fluency in Generative AI, LLM-enabled apps, RAG, prompting, AI evaluation, and human-in-the-loop.
• Strong product management across discovery, roadmap, experimentation and value realization.
• Excellent communication, executive storytelling, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient English written and spoken.
