Job summary

Faculty's Life Science team builds AI solutions to optimise research and commercialisation of therapies for pharma clients. This newly-created Senior Associate role scopes, builds and delivers end-to-end AI transformations, working with stakeholders to translate requirements into clear user stories.

You'll collaborate with data science, software engineering and delivery teams, maintain trusted client relationships, and contribute to internal thought leadership in a fast-paced, high-stakes

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical transformation projects in a consulting context.
• Experience in Life Sciences or with Life Sciences clients.
• Experience working with data science, ML or software engineering teams to scope and deploy solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• External client-facing experience with trusted relationships contributing to project success.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative delivery.

Responsibilities

• Managing individual work streams to support delivery and implementation of bespoke AI solutions.
• Working with Life Sciences stakeholders to understand mission challenges and user needs.
• Conducting open-source analysis to support development of AI tools.
• Translating complex operational requirements into actionable user stories for delivery teams.
• Designing and testing workflows that support user-centric decision-making in high-stakes environments.
• Collaborating with technical teams to ensure projects run smoothly and meet customer needs.
• Contributing to internal thought leadership, strategy, and capability development.
