Kisimul Group is seeking a compassionate Life Practitioner to support adults with learning disabilities at the Thopre Lane home in South Hykeham, Lincolnshire. You’ll assist with daily activities and accompany individuals on community trips, supported by a company vehicle and DBS checks.

Starting rates begin at £13.12 per hour, rising with experience, and a competency framework offers pathways to higher pay bands as you develop skills and qualifications.
