Job summary

Kisimul Group is recruiting Life Practitioners to join our team at An Darch in North Scarle, Lincolnshire. You will support individuals with severe learning disabilities, assisting with daily activities and community outings, and you may drive the company vehicle with a valid UK licence (or 2+ years driving in the UK).

Starting rates £13.12–£14.62 per hour, with progression through a competency framework unlocking higher hourly rates.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for care and supporting individuals with complex needs.
• Able to work effectively in a team and on your own.
• Resilient with confidence to ask for support when needed.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities.
• Assist with daily activities and accompany individuals on community trips.
• Drive company vehicle (must hold a full UK driver's licence or have been driving in the UK for 2+ years).
• Engage in competency development to unlock pay progression.
