Kisimul Group Limited is seeking a Life Practitioner for our Adult Supported Living Home in Cherry Willingham, Lincolnshire. You will support individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs, helping with daily activities and joining them on community trips.

You may drive the company vehicle after meeting UK licence requirements, with competitive pay grades and funded qualifications to support your career development and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for care and helping others progress.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration within a care setting.
• Resilient and able to seek support when needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literacy and basic tech skills.
• Health & Social Care Level 3 or willingness to work towards it.

Responsabilités

• Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Assist with daily activities to help them live independently.
• Accompany individuals on trips into the community.
• Help maintain a safe, supportive and engaging environment.
• Work to progression through the competency framework.
