Qualifications
- A genuine passion for care and helping others.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care or working towards it.
Responsibilities
- Support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Assist with daily activities and accompany residents on community trips.
- Safely operate the company vehicle and comply with licencing requirements.
- Contribute to care planning and competency development through our framework.
