Job summary

Kisimul Group is hiring Life Practitioners for Breagha House in Retford. You will support adults with learning disabilities, helping them with daily tasks and accompanying them on community activities. A company vehicle is available, and a valid UK licence is required to drive.

Starting rates are £13.12–£14.12 per hour, with progression through a competency framework. Full training and qualifications are funded, with benefits including discount cards, life assurance, and flexible patterns.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.

• Accompany residents on trips into the community.
• Support transport using the company vehicle with a valid UK driving licence.
