Kisimul Group is seeking Life Practitioners to support adults with learning disabilities at our Cherry Willingham home in Lincolnshire. You will assist with daily activities and accompany residents on community outings, using the company vehicle where needed.

Starting rates are £13.12 with progression to £14.12. The role offers career development and funded qualifications, plus benefits like a Blue Light Card and life assurance.

Qualificações

• Genuine passion for care and helping others.
• Strong team player with resilience and confidence to ask for support.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy and willingness to progress qualifications.
• Level 3 Health & Social Care or working towards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs; assist with daily activities.
• Accompany individuals on trips into the community and routines.
• Operate the company vehicle when required; must hold a full UK driving licence or have been driving in the UK for 2+ years.
