Job summary

Kisimul Group at The Gables, Swinderby near Lincoln, is seeking Life Practitioners to support adults with learning disabilities in a residential setting. You will assist with daily activities and accompany individuals on community trips, using a compassionate and proactive approach.

We offer a company vehicle for transport, progression opportunities via competency framework, and hourly pay starting at £13.12, rising to £14.12 for experienced staff.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for care and to be motivated by contributing to the progression of others.
• A strong team player.
• Resilient and confident to ask for support as needed.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willing to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Help individuals live independently by assisting with daily activities.
• Accompany individuals on trips into the community.
