Job summary

Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking Life Practitioners to join the team at Tigh Bruadair in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire. You will provide compassionate support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting with daily activities and accompanying them on community trips.

The role includes driving responsibilities with a company vehicle; a full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for care and to be motivated by contributing to the progression of others.
• A strong team player.
• Resilient and confident to ask for support as needed.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy.
• A Level 3 in Health & Social Care or a willingness to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Help individuals live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting in daily activities.
• Accompany individuals on trips into the community.
• Operate and maintain the company vehicle for community activities (driver licence required).
