Kisimul Group is seeking Life Practitioners for our Adult Residential Home in North Scarle, Lincolnshire. You will support individuals with complex needs and help them live independently, including accompanying them on community activities.

We offer career development, funded qualifications, a Blue Light Card, and various financial benefits. A full UK driving licence is required to drive the company vehicle.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Assist with daily activities to promote independence.
• Accompany individuals on trips into the community.
• Support transportation using the company vehicle (driving licence required).
