Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking Life Practitioners for Suillean House, Heckington. This role supports individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live more independent lives. You will assist in daily activities and join trips into the community.

Companions may drive the company vehicle with a full UK licence; starting pay £13.12/hr, higher with experience (£14.12/hr). Opportunities for training and career progression are available.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for care and contributing to progression of others.
• Strong team player
• Resilient and confidence to ask for support as needed
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willing to work towards

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Assist with daily activities to promote independence.
• Accompany clients on trips into the community.
• Drive company vehicle in line with licensing requirements
