Kisimul Group is seeking Life Practitioners for An Caladh House in Lincolnshire. You will support individuals with severe learning disabilities, helping them live independent, meaningful lives.

Duties include daily care, activities, and accompanying clients on community outings in a compassionate, team-based environment. Requirements include a genuine care focus, good communication, and a UK driving licence to operate the company vehicle.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for care and contributing to progression of others.
• Strong team player with resilience and willingness to seek support.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Assist in daily activities and accompany individuals on community trips.
• Drive the company vehicle if licensed and able to transport people to activities.
