Job summary

Cowell Recruitment seeks self-motivated Protection Advisors to join a multi-award-winning broker in Brighouse. Location: Brighouse with on-site parking. Salary: £26,500-£30,000 + uncapped commission (£50k-£60k OTE). Working hours include earlier finishes on Thursdays and Fridays, with no weekend work.

Working Hours: Mon-Wed: 09:30-19:00 | Thu: 09:30-18:00 | Fri: 09:30-16:30

What You Need:

• Strong Communication: Ability to build rapport and explain information clearly on the phone.
• Sales Drive: High resilience, target-driven attitude, and passion for earning commission.
• Vetting: Ability to pass a standard DBS & Credit Check.
• Location & RTW: Live within 30 minutes of Brighouse and hold permanent UK Right to Work.

Desirable Criteria:

• Background in telesales, customer service, or account management.
• Experience negotiating and closing sales against KPI targets.
• Analytical approach to identifying client requirements.
