Job summary

Workshop Recruitment is seeking a Life Insurance Sales Advisor in Fareham for a permanent, full-time, 100% office-based role. Sell Life Insurance and Protection products from leading UK providers to warm leads, building relationships with customers in a consultative manner.

You should have 12+ months' experience, strong advisory skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Salary £30,000 base with uncapped OTE around £65,000; hours Mon-Fri, in a modern office with good transport

• At least 12 months' experience selling Life Insurance or Protection.
• Strong advisory and consultative sales knowledge.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Confident communicating with customers over the telephone.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Professional, motivated and driven to succeed.
