Job summary

Cowell Recruitment is hiring a Trainee Sales Advisor in Fareham with an uncapped commission structure and an OTE of £50k-£60k. Enjoy early finishes on Thursdays and Fridays, with on-site parking and no weekend work.

You will engage with clients to understand needs, aim for daily KPIs, and progress a pipeline of leads while pursuing funded industry qualifications. Full-time role requiring UK right to work and proximity to Fareham.

Qualifications

• Strong communication to explain complex products clearly on the phone.
• Target-driven attitude with a focus on daily/weekly KPIs.
• Ability to pass a standard DBS & Credit Check.
• Live within 30 minutes of Fareham and hold permanent UK Right to Work.

Trainee Sales Advisor - Uncapped Commission & Early Friday Finish

Location: Fareham (On-site parking)

Salary: £26,500 - £30,000 + Uncapped Commission (£50k - £60k OTE)

Working Hours: Mon-Fri

• Analytical approach to identifying client requirements.
