Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required; apprenticeship programme provided.
• Must have full UK right to work and have lived in the UK for the last 3 years.
• GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or higher.
• No overlapping qualification with the apprenticeship content.

Responsibilities

• Join the Life & Income Protection team and complete an 18‑month development programme.
• Learn insurance basics and customer service through hands‑on training.
• Support advisors in assessing customer requirements and recommending protection solutions.
• Build rapport with customers and understand background and medical history.
• Keep accurate client records across multiple systems.
• Deliver high‑quality service and manage telephone conversations with empathy.
• Collaborate with underwriters and chase missing information when needed.
