Qualifications

• Final year student or recent school leaver.
• Confident communicating with a wide range of people, including over the phone.
• Resilient and able to work in fast-paced environments.
• Curious and motivated to learn and develop knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn foundations of insurance, customer service and sales through training.
• Support colleagues in finding suitable insurance solutions for clients.
• Contribute to achieving sales goals and supporting renewals.
• Develop written communication with professional client correspondence.
• Build long-term client relationships and provide excellent service.
• Maintain accurate client records and understand policy renewals.
