Responsabilités

• Learn foundations of commercial insurance and how an Account Handler supports clients.
• Draft clear email correspondence for clients and insurers.
• Build relationships with clients and insurers and handle queries by email and phone.
• Help gather information to manage policies and support client requests.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Develop customer service skills and long-term client relationships.
• Learn amendments to policies and the renewals process.
