Job summary
Howden is launching a High Net-Worth Insurance Apprenticeship Programme in Manchester. You join in a permanent role from day one while completing an 18-month development programme designed to build your technical knowledge, professional skills and confidence.

Qualifications
- Must have the full and unrestricted right to work in the UK.
- Must have lived permanently in the UK for the last 3 years.
- Achieved GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4.
Responsibilities
- Learn the foundations of high net-worth motor and home insurance.
- Build confidence speaking with clients and understanding their individual insurance needs.
- Help the team manage communications with insurers and underwriters to find appropriate solutions.
- Learn how to manage client enquiries and provide clear, accurate information.
- Learn amendments to insurance policies and renewals process.
- Develop strong relationships and provide a professional and personal service.
- Support with maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.
