Job summary

LEAP is seeking a Licensing Specialist to join the Renewals team in Battersea. You’ll manage additional licences from enquiry to signed agreement, negotiate pricing, and help clients secure licences while growing revenue.

Reporting to the Head of Renewals, you’ll own the licensing process end-to-end and collaborate with other departments to hit individual and team targets with uplift-based commission.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing client reactions to pricing and handling objections.
• Able to work independently and manage the entire licensing process.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Licensing Strategy Development and Execution.
• Achieving individual and team targets.
• Securing contracts for additional licences, with targets on uplift and commission based on uplift targets.
• Collaborate with different departments regarding key clients.
• Handle objections around price.
