Kamma Ltd is remote-friendly and UK-based, with a London office optional for 1–2 days per month. You will lead the Licensing Applications Operations team, owning the end-to-end licence process and ensuring compliant, high-quality delivery.

The role supports a four-day pro-rata option for suitable candidates and reports to the Chief Product Officer. Strong focus on process optimization, regulatory knowledge, and cross-team collaboration to scale licensing services for landlords and letting agents

Qualifications

• 3 to 4+ years leading a team against SLAs in a high-volume operation.
• Track record designing or improving processes/workflows.
• Experience designing or running audit, quality assurance or quality control processes.
• Strong relationship skills with colleagues, customers and council officers.
• Able to learn complex, rule-based regulation and adapt to shifting priorities.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of every licence application from invoiced to issued and uploaded into Kamma Suite.
• Design and optimise processes with Licensing Product Manager to improve tooling and automation.
• Design and run audit and QA processes and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Lead Licensing Applications Administrators across time zones with regular check-ins.
• Own SLAs and KPIs, and intervene when at risk.
• Forecast capacity for licensing scheme launches and plan hiring/budget.
• Maintain knowledge base on council licensing requirements and handle escalated cases.
• Partner with sales to align commitments and support scalable delivery.
