Job summary

LEAP Legal Software, based in London with a Battersea hybrid setup, is seeking a Licensing Specialist for the Renewals Team to drive additional licences from initial enquiry through to signed agreements.

You'll report to the Head of Renewals, manage pricing negotiations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure revenue uplift while building strong relationships with clients. This hybrid role offers exposure to a fast-growing LegalTech environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage the licensing process.

• Comfort discussing pricing with clients.

Responsibilities

• Support Licensing Strategy Development and Execution.
• Achieving individual and team targets.
• Securing contracts for additional licences, with targets on uplift and commission based on uplift targets.
• Ability to collaborate with different departments regarding our key clients.
• Able to handle objections around price.
