Join to apply for the Liability Claims Investigator role at Adjusting Appointments Limited.

An experienced Liability Claims Handler/Adjuster is required to join a Specialist Liability Loss Adjusting Practice, where you will be part of a strong team responsible for managing your own portfolio of Liability Injury Investigations. The role is predominantly Motor-related, but also includes a wide range of Liability claims such as EL/PL/Products/Disease, with training available for EL/PL.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing your own diary and appointments, including site visits within your geographical area.
2. Conducting investigations, gathering evidence, taking witness statements, and preparing reports.
3. Attending site visits to collect evidence and take witness statements.

Training will be provided during a 2-3 days induction, covering systems and case management. Full equipment will be supplied.

About You

• Experience in handling Liability Claims, either internally or in the field.
• Background in Motor Liability (Injury) claims is essential; experience with EL/PL claims is preferred but training can be provided.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, face-to-face).
• Ability to attend sites, gather evidence, and take witness statements.
• Exceptional report writing skills.
• Good organizational skills for managing your own schedule.
• Full clean driving license.

• Salary up to £38,000.
