Biffa Waste Services is seeking an LGV Driver for the AM shift in Poole. The role runs Monday to Friday with overtime available, starting at 05:00–14:30 or 06:00–15:30. You will operate LGV vehicles to collect trade waste and bins, supporting the local environment and communities.

Applicants must hold a valid LGV/HGV Class 2 licence and Driver CPC, with strong road safety knowledge and customer service skills. The position offers on-the-job training and employee discounts through Biffa Perkz.

Formación

• Valid LGV/HGV Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.
• Valid Driver CPC / Driver Qualification Card.
• Good understanding of road safety and vehicle safety.
• Ability to complete daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Good knowledge of drivers' hours and tachograph requirements.
• Ability to safely manoeuvre and operate a large rigid vehicle.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Good awareness of health & safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Drive LGV vehicles including front and back loaders for trade waste collections.
• Collect and empty bins from customer sites.
• Work as part of a single-person crew outdoors with initiative and reliability.

LGV Driver - AM SHIFT

Monday - Friday (overtime available)

Start/Finish Times: 05.00 to 14.30 or 06.00 to 15.30

£16.87p/h

Working as part of a single person crew, you will drive various modes of LGV vehicles including front and back loaders, collecting and emptying bins, from our trade waste customers.
