Job summary

Biffa Group is seeking an LGV 2 Driver for AM shifts in Hollingbourne, UK. You will operate front and back loaders, collecting trade waste from customers, starting at 4am, Monday to Friday with overtime available.

You'll work as a single-person crew outdoors, taking initiative, ensuring daily vehicle checks, and maintaining safety and customer service standards. Biffa offers a pension, discounts, Cycle-to-Work, dental care, and PPE.

Qualifications

• Valid LGV/HGV Class 2 licence.
• Driver CPC is required.
• Good understanding of road safety and vehicle safety.
• Ability to complete daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Knowledge of drivers' hours and tachograph requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive LGV vehicles including front and back loaders.
• Collect and empty bins from trade waste customers.
• Operate as part of a single-person crew.
• Maintain safety and provide good customer service.

Start Time:4am

Working as part of a single person crew, you will drive various modes of LGV vehicles including front and back loaders, collecting and emptying bins, from our trade waste customers.
