Job summary

Biffa Group is hiring an LGV Driver for a PM shift in Greater London. You’ll drive LGV vehicles, collecting and emptying bins from our trade waste customers, working Wednesday to Sunday with a 14:00 start.

Qualifications

• Valid LGV/HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Valid Driver CPC / Driver Qualification Card.
• Good understanding of road safety and vehicle safety.
• Ability to complete daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Good knowledge of drivers' hours and tachograph requirements.
• Ability to safely manoeuvre and operate a large rigid vehicle.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Good awareness of health & safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Drive LGV vehicles to collect and empty bins from trade waste customers.

LGV Driver - PM Shift

Wednesday to Sunday

Start Time: 14.00

Pay rate: £19.46p/h + Back Shift / Monthly Allowance

Working as part of a single person crew, you will drive various modes of LGV vehicles, collecting and emptying bins, from our trade waste customers.
