Overview

Aspire People is currently recruiting Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Manchester. These roles are suitable for experienced TAs looking for consistent work, progression opportunities, or flexible placements. We work closely with schools to place candidates in roles aligned with their skills and career goals.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
  • Delivering targeted interventions
  • Supporting learning on a 1:1 or small-group basis
  • Assisting pupils with SEND or additional needs
  • Working collaboratively with class teachers and SEN staff
Requirements
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
