Job summary

Invictus Education Trust's Kinver High School is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team. The role is permanent, part-time, 33.5 hours per week, term-time only, supporting students and small groups, mainly in the Thrive Centre.

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to support individual students and small groups, delivering tailored learning and pastoral support. Working primarily within our Thrive Centre, you will build positive relationships with students who require additional nurture, structure and personalised approaches to learning, helping them develop confidence, resilience and independence. You will contribute to planning, deliver targeted interventions and help create an inclusive environment where every student can thrive. Staff may also be required to work across the wider school to support learning and intervention provision when needed.

The successful candidate will possess the expertise to inspire and engage students and will be determined to get the best from our diverse cohort of students, ensuring they make their very best progress.
