Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support pupils across a welcoming and inclusive school environment. You will help with planning and delivering learning activities, and provide targeted interventions.

In this temporary role, you will promote positive behaviour, build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents, and contribute to safeguarding while supporting learning needs across primary and secondary settings.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working within a school setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and flexible approach to supporting learning.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
