Job summary

Invictus Education Trust's Kinver High School is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team. The role is permanent, part-time, 33.5 hours per week, term-time only, supporting students and small groups, mainly in the Thrive Centre.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Experience supporting students in a secondary school setting.
• Ability to deliver tailored learning and pastoral support.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals and small groups with learning and wellbeing.
• Deliver targeted interventions and personalised approaches to learning.
• Work primarily in the Thrive Centre and across the wider school as needed.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to plan and deliver learning.
