Astro Edcuation in South Manchester is seeking experienced SEMH Teaching Assistants at Level 2 and Level 3 for a permanent, full-time role. You will support pupils with SEMH needs, work closely with teachers, and help create a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Immediate starts are available with a direct route to permanent employment following a successful induction day and ongoing professional development within a specialist SEN/SEMH setting.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEMH needs or in SEN settings.
• Ability to communicate clearly with pupils, staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils within small SEMH-focused classes.
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support as required.
• Assist with social, emotional and behavioural needs.
